At Turk Farm, our cattle are born and raised on the same land our family has taken care of for nearly 40 years.

All cattle are Angus-dominant resulting in a well-marbled, tender product. Our nutrition program includes providing a free-choice grain supplement, as well as minerals, in addition to quality forage. We do not implement added growth hormones and all our beef is processed locally by a USDA inspector, who certifies all product is antibiotic free.

We aim to provide wholesome beef that reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability and the values of faith, family and hard work.

Our Story

Turk Farm was established by Doug and Sharon Turk. Today, selling beef locally is carried out by their youngest daughter, Jessie and her husband, Jason. A lifelong lover of land and livestock, Jason and Jessie hope to maintain the legacy built by the generation before them and establish an even greater legacy for the generation to come.

    Our cattle are raised without added hormones and like all U.S. beef, are certified antibiotic free.

    We dry age our beef for a minimum of 21 days, which enhances the flavor and tenderness.
