All of our cattle spend the entirety of their life on grass pasture and are supplemented with hay during the winter. Those who are in our beef program receive free-choice grain during the last 3-4 months prior to harvest, resulting in tender "grain-finished" beef.

None of our cattle receive added growth hormones and like all U.S. beef, our beef is inspected by USDA at harvest and certified antibiotic free.

When considering how long a share will last for your specific family, it all depends on how often you cook with beef throughout the year. Most of our customers order every 6-12 months.

All of our beef is frozen in clear, vacuum-sealed packaging giving it a shelf life of at least one year - even longer if the beef is stored at the proper temperature.

Absolutely! We are happy to walk you through your selections on your cut sheet and give suggestions based on what you and your family prefer.

The general rule of thumb is approximately 1 cubic foot of freezer space for 30 lbs. of beef. That equates to about 4 cu. ft. for a quarter share, 8 cu. ft. for a half share and 16 cu. ft. for a whole.
