Whole Beef Share Deposit

The total price of a Whole Beef Share is $6.50/lb. based on the hanging weight of the animal, equating to approximately $4,500. Final cost will depend on the weight of the animal.

A Whole Beef Share is approximately 400 lbs. of our pasture-raised, dry aged beef. Roughly 50% of that will include steaks, roasts, cube steak, stew meat, etc., with the other 50% made up of ground beef. The cuts you receive will be based on what you select on your cut sheet.

You will need approximately 16 cubic feet of freezer space for a Whole Beef Share. Beef is frozen in clear, vacuum-sealed packaging.

Please note: Beef shares are not available to be shipped.

To secure your beef share:

1. Pay your $1,000 deposit to reserve your animal. This will be deducted from your final balance.
2. We will personally reach out to you via email to confirm your processing date and provide your cut sheet. The cut sheet serves as an instruction guide for our processor and specifies what cuts you would like from your beef. If you would like assistance filling it out, we are happy to help.
3. You will receive an email from us when your beef is ready, which will be approximately three weeks from the harvest date you select. We will then arrange a time for you to pick up your beef. 
4. Your remaining balance will be due at pickup.
